Refund policy

SECTION A – ACCESSORIES, RIDING GEAR & MERCHANDISE POLICY

  1. Return Eligibility
    Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:
    Product is unused and unworn
    Product is in original packaging
    All tags, labels, manuals and accessories are intact
    Valid purchase invoice is available
    Product is not damaged due to customer handling
    Asco Motors reserves the right to inspect and approve return requests.
  2. 2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are strictly non-returnable:
    Riding gear once worn or used
    Helmets once used or removed from protective seal
    Electrical accessories once installed or fitted
    Customized or special-order products
    Clearance or discounted sale items
    Lubricants, oils, or consumable products
    Imported or made-to-order accessories
    3. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
    Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
    Price difference (if any) must be paid by customer.
    4. Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Products
    If customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
    Customer must:
    Inform Asco Motors within 48 hours of delivery
    Share photographs and invoice details
    After verification, Asco Motors will arrange:
    ✔ Replacement
    OR
    ✔ Refund
    OR
    ✔ Store credit
    No additional cost will be charged in such verified cases.
    5. Shipping & Return Logistics
    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Return shipping will be covered by Asco Motors only if product is defective or incorrect.
    6. Refund Processing (Accessories & Merchandise)
    Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.
    Refund timeline: 7–10 working days
    Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
    Banking partners may take additional time to reflect refund.
    SECTION B – MOTORCYCLES & SCOOTERS POLICY
    1. Booking Amount Policy
    The booking amount paid for any Motorcycle or Scooter is treated as a non-refundable confirmation amount.
    By making a booking payment, the customer agrees and accepts that:
    Booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
    Booking confirms customer intent and allows vehicle allocation, stock blocking, and registration processing
    2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation requests may be considered only before vehicle invoicing and strictly at dealership management discretion.
    Booking amount will not be refunded in cases including but not limited to:
    Change of decision by customer
    Delay in payment from customer side
    Finance rejection
    Delay in customer documentation
    Change of model / variant preference
    3. Non-Cancellation Conditions
    Once the vehicle is:
    Invoiced
    Registered with RTO
    Delivered to customer
    👉 Cancellation or refund will not be permitted.
    4. Exceptional Situations
    Refund may be considered only if:
    Manufacturer discontinues booked model
    Dealership is unable to supply vehicle due to manufacturer allocation issues
    Such refunds shall be processed only after management approval.
    5. Price Variation Clause
    Vehicle prices are subject to change due to:
    Manufacturer price revision
    Tax or regulatory changes
    Insurance or RTO charge revisions
    Import duty or logistics cost changes
    Such changes shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
    6. Special Orders / Imported / Limited Edition Vehicles
    Vehicles specially ordered or imported based on customer request are:

    👉 Strictly non-refundable
    7. Vehicle Delivery & Acceptance
    Once vehicle delivery is completed and customer signs delivery confirmation:
    Vehicle condition is deemed accepted
    No refund or exchange will be entertained
    SECTION C – SERVICE & REPAIR PAYMENTS
    Payments made towards service, repair, labour, or spare parts are non-refundable once work has started or completed.
    Advance service booking payments may be adjusted against future service if appointment is cancelled in advance.
    SECTION D – GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS
    Asco Motors reserves the right to:
    Inspect returned products before approving refund
    Approve or reject refund requests at its discretion
    Modify policy without prior notice
    Follow manufacturer-specific policies wherever applicable
